Our SUP Yin class will begin with a casual paddle to a calm, quiet location. SUP Yin is a series of seated poses held longer to target the connective tissue. Yin can be meditative, helping you find stillness in the pose, reconnecting with your breath and allowing your soft tissue to release. You will feel the benefits of yin mentally, physically, energetically and emotionally. SUP Yin allows you the space and energy to reconnect with your inner peace while being out in nature.

Float on water in an extended savasana while the healing vibrations of sound flow through your body.
We are honored to have MIchael Burke VST share his gifts of vibrational sound therapy. Michael will incorporate a variety of instruments including Himalayan bowls, gongs, Shaman drums, chimes, Native American flutes, and word spoken from the waters edge. You will take the sound journey floating on a paddle board anchored in the lake.

Glow and slow flow over glimmering water under the night sky. Our night time Slow flow yoga class will be on a paddle board equip with underwater LED lights in a variety of colors.
Move with your breath while viewing the stars above and the colorful water below. This unique experience will leave you feeling more relaxed, balanced and stress free.
Our night classes are for experienced paddlers that have attended our Intro or SUP yoga classes. PFDs and leashes are required for night paddling.
